Richard runs London for Smile Train

This is a shameless request for your money to help children with cleft lip and palate around the globe.

The impact of a cleft lip for a child is both physical and psychological, but the physical side at least is

easily remedied. The problem is that the children that need it have little access to that type of care.

Smile Train is a charity that raises funds to deliver that care.

Whilst I am sure that is a good enough reason to help, I will also be running the London Marathon for 

the charity.....which seemed like a good idea at the time, then the long, dark, cold nights of winter thwarted

some of those long thankless training runs.

I truly appreciated any support you can give.
