Online booking

To make your life easier and more convenient, we have introduced an online booking system for both new and existing patients. For new patients, simply click the 'book online' button located below, select 'new patient' and complete the form. Alternatively, please call recepetion on 01883 622222 during clinic hours.

For existing patients, we automatically send you an email when your dental examination is due. This will allow you to book an appointment with the dentist or the hygienist at your convenience, even when the practice is closed. With a few clicks you can check your dentist's or hygienist's availability and book your own dental appointment online, it's simple, instant and confirmed with an email. You can also access online booking direct here on our website. This will help you keep up with regular check ups and prevent any future dental problems. We will of course still be answering the phone during clinic hours, you can call us on 01883 622 222 .

As part of our new initiative all appointments will now require payment at the time of booking. This will help streamline your experience when you attend for your appointment. When booking online or in person, payment will be taken during the booking process. If you book by phone your appointment will be reserved for 48 hours, pending payment via a secure link which will be emailed to you. Your appointment will be released if you do not make payment within 48  hours and you will need to contact us to rebook. Appointment fees are non-refundable for cancellations and missed appointments without 2 full working days notice.

Parking/access

There is easy parking along Church Road. Be aware of the HIGH KERBS when opening your car doors. Entrance to the practice is through the Black front door on the Limpsfield Road side of the building. We have a buzzer entry system to let you in.

Wheelchair users

Please use the G.P. entrance to access the building. Let the Doctors reception know you are coming to the dentist and they will guide you to the lift. To activate the lift, you need to keep your finger on the '1' button to take you to the first floor. It will stop when you have reached that level. If you can let us know beforehand, we can assist your entry to the practice.
